What we collect and why

The enquiry form collects your name, phone number, optional email address, project postcode, job type, project description and an optional photograph. We use these to assess your requirements, respond to you, prepare a quotation and make arrangements you request. Taking steps at your request before entering a contract is our basis for processing an enquiry. Site operation and protection against abuse are legitimate interests.

Storage and access

Enquiries and optional photographs are stored securely using our website hosting provider, Netlify and its infrastructure providers. Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised site administrators. Uploaded project photographs should not contain people or other personal information; use email if you need to discuss sensitive details. Please avoid including people, vehicle registrations or other unnecessary personal details in project photos.

Keeping your information

We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary to respond, arrange the work and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to request deletion of an enquiry that is no longer needed. Records required for legal or contractual reasons may need to be retained.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information and may object to processing where applicable. Call us to make a request. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
